Transit Visa in Switzerland

I am an American Citizen work in Qatar. My company purchased a ticket to the US for me and I will purchase a ticket for my wife who is an Ethiopian Citizen with a valid US Green Card. We will be in Switzerland for 2-3 hours only and will remain in the airport.

Is she required to get a Transit Visa for the Switzerland?

Are there any Schengen Offices in Qatar?
