To whom it may concern:
I am trying to get my mother in law to visit us here in the United States from Romania. I need to know what the requirements are to bring her here.
I am a natural born citizen of US and am having problems with the application process. My mother in law has a Romanian passport. Does she need a VISA to travel here for 3 months? What do I need to do? The entire process of sponsoring someone is so confusing, I need some assistance.
