I am in US for the last more then 4 years on L1-A Visa (Multi-national Managerial transfer). My company will not apply for Green Card.
We have two US born children’s - Son (two and half years) and daughter (one year).
Is there a way to apply for Permanent resident ship for me and my wife (both Indian citizens)?
Any and all type of direction will be much appreciated.
