Apply H1 with newly registered companies.

Hi,

I am planning to apply for my H1, and one of my friends company is ready to do this for me.

The problem is its a newly registered company with less than 1 year old. Is it safe to apply with newly registered companies??

My friend says they already have 5 H1 visas issued thru these companies, so nothing to worry.

Can anyone pls guide me on this.

As long as the company can show that they can pay you salary according to Dept. of Labor wage standards, it does not matter that it is new company.
