Sponsoring B2 Visa for parents and in-laws

Hi,

I have sponserd for my in-laws and they attended Visa interview on Aug 30,2010. Unfortunately they were rejected. Now I plan to reapply for my in-laws . Also I plan to apply for my parents .. To whom I should apply first? Will they doubt if Im applying for 4 people in one month gap.. Please suggest
