Hi am appearning for a visa interview on the 11th of april in chennai counsulate. i would like to know what the consequences would be to show one of my married brother who is living in US for the past 10 years and who is not a green card holder.. he has a lot of property over here and also plans to come back to india in the due course to settle down here coz he likes it here better ;-)
my course is an undergrad course in music which is for 4 years(i also have a partial scholarship) .. i have the first years fees sorted out ..but for the next three subsequent years my only option is to show some of my brothers property and putting him in as a sponsor.is it wise to do this?
