Please Help......DV 2012 !!!!

I am married person. But i dont want to include my wifes name in the DV 2012 form. but i have no intention to reject her if i will win. But the main problem is, she is now study here and has some other things including with. And she also know that i am not include her name in the form. Is there any problem if i do so? Please help.......Thank You

You dont have a choice. If you wish to enter, you MUST include any legal spouse on your application whether or not you plan to have them come with you.
You must also supply her photo with your application.
