Please let me know if someone had the same situation of mine:
I applied for OCI cards for my wife and daughter in June 2010 at Houston consulate. My daughter had to go to India immediately to join medical college in India. Since OCI got delayed, she took one year VISA and went to India last month. Now the OCI got approved.
Can we collect the documents in India? If so how and where?
OR
Can I get her passport to the US by some one and send it to Houston to get U-VISA stamped?
