Hi:
I am planning to travel to India with my Wife and son in Feb 2011. I am on H1B visa and my wife is on H4. Our US visa stamps on the passports have recently expired.
I am planning to travel via Paris (Through Air France) (MIAMI->PARIS->MUMBAI). I have not bought the tickets yet as I am not sure if we would need the transit visa. As per the current route (flight etc), we would have to change planes in Paris with in 3 hours of arrival.
Also my Son is a US citizen, so I believe we will not need the transit visa.
Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
