TN visa degree certificate requirement

Hi:

I have my Masters degree in chemical engineering from a US University and have my original transcript.

I somehow lost my Bachelors degree certificate from India and it is difficult to replace it. I need to apply for a TN visa.

I am now a Canadian citizen and I am also a Professional Engineer registered in Alberta. I have the original APEGGA certificate;

Can someone say what are my chances without a bachelors degree proof?
Will they accept a letter from APEGGA because they already verified all my credentials.

I heard some bad stories about Peach arch. To apply in Vancouver airport do I need to book a plane ticket before I apply, and the job is only in Bellingham, WA.

If your employment offer mentions your qualification as Masters degree, then there is a possibility of getting TN visa using your masters degree.

In parallel, you need to arrange for degree certificate for future eventualities.
