DV Lottery case number 2010

Hi everybody
I'm a Dv lottery winner 2010 that i have checked online when the result was out on july 2010.
My problem is that i don't know my case number because i did not receive any letter from the Dv lottery Department. I have already sent them email about my case but they reply me that omitting my case number on the two forms that i have already filled up and sent to them does not affect my process.
Still i'm very worry about that because i don't know when will be my interview, i would like to ask if anyone can help me about this issue by telling me how to contact them again so that i can get my case number.

You probably talking about DV 2011, since 2010 already gone.
You will need your selection letter when applying for AOS, and you need pay some fees to KCC with your case number. So it is a must. But don't know how to get it.
