family based GC

Hello,

My wife has appiled for her citizenship and has ehr finger prints taken recently. I would like to apply for my GC after she gets her citizenship.
I am on H1B visa currently.
My question are:
1. Do I have to wait till my wife gets her citizenship to apply for my I-130 or can it be applied now itself?

2. Can I apply for both I-130 & I-1485 at the same time?

3. How long does it take to get GC based on a citizen spouse?

Any information will be greatly appreciated.
