E2 Visa/Want to Stay longer

Hello,

Could you please help me finding the right way for my issue?

I am here in the USA on a E2 Visa, working for an employer who wasn't able to find anyone else for this job.

I would like to stay here for longer and would like to get a Green Card and later Citizenship.

Could you please tell me how I can do this?
