One Question is ..Does the employer Who has got me on the H1 Visa in US have any oligations or any Rules of Paying me(paying=Some money to cover my expenses here in US) while i am on bench searching for openings.
I just landed Last month for Working as a Software professional.

Yes, by law, he is obligated to pay you full salary, whether on bench or on project.

If the Employer does not pay, then how does one do H1 transfer without paystubs if some other company is willing to give a project?
