TN to Greencard

Hi,

I'm having TN-2 Visa. My green card is in the process. I was sponsored by my father. My father died in 2006. Priority date is 1995 and my attorney tells me it would take another 2-3 years before I actually get my green card. If in the mean time I marry someone who has H1-B visa, would it affect my green card process. This is because at the time of filing my status was single.

Please enlightened me on this situation. I have applicantion in Canada under Skilled worker(Immigrant) and I have also immigrant application in US under EB3.Is this possible? to have applied in 2 countries? anyway Im from Asia. Can it be a conflict on both? or I can pursue this as long as I satisfied the requirements?
