Is it possible for my employer to know about arrest record as employer would be the one applying for extension?
More precisely, is it possible that USCIS sends an RFE to my employer seeking documentation about my arrest record?
I understand that I will need to disclose it when I go for stamping, but for now my worry is whether employer would get to know. I cannot afford my employer knowing this.
