Police certificxate for F4 visa

:) I am an Indian waiting for a F4 permanent resident visa to the US. My case is now being processed and I have just received the DS-230 Part I packet. I have to get the police certificates before the consular interview. I worked in Saudi Arabia for about 2 years back in 1984. Otherwise I lived in Ind ia all along. Do I have to obtain a police certificate from Saudi Arabia? If yes, how do I get one? Who do I approach for this?
