Filing at New Delhi

Hello!

Does anyone aware of whether a US Citizen can file for her parents at New Delhi for immigration visas?

Can someone point me to direction on where to obtain correct iformation.

Yes, it is called DCF- direct consular filing.
But the US citizen petitioner needs to be in Delhi for a specific period of time
to file. Call the embassy/send an email for details to IVND@state.gov
