I came here on an F1 student visa seven years ago. I got married to my wife almost three and half years ago. We weren't in good terms for a while after our marriage and she had a baby by another man. I have recently found the love of my life and have decided that there is no future with my wife of three years. I have never applied for an adjustment of status during this time, since I really had no intention of staying here. But I have recently come to the realization that I would like to further my education by going to grad school and also form a family with my lover. My question is, if I get my divorce and marry my current lover, does it raise any questions? I really love my current girlfriend. I was hurt by my wife(she cheated on me and had a baby) and would like to end it. What are your thoughts guys? I am really confused.

It depends on if you're still in status on the F-1, not which wife you base your adjustment of status on, since you didn't come to the US on a K1 (fiance) or K3 (spouse) visa. If you're here past your time to go home, then you've got bigger issues.

Why are you complicating life! Divorce and marriage are always part of life, so part of immigration process! Be realistic, trust yourself, follow your heart! I don't see any problem here! You said that you did not have any paper process with your former wife, so what is the problem??? Don't be confused! You have a proof of divorce (legally divorce license), move on, and get yourself together!
The main thing: You entered here legally ( inspected by an US officer) as I see, you should not have any problem! In immigration process: tell the true, never lie to the immigration officer, tell about your previous marriage if asked! I wish you good luck with your new life!
