E-2 visa OK & I-94 Passed

I had E-2 visa until 2013 of May. Since i got 5years e-2 visa in my country I never go out of United States. Guess what!!!! Today I check my I-94 immigration officer put on July 30, 2011.
To weired he gave me only 2years_???? Even my visa's valid 2013...
Base on I-94 I'm over stay 1 month ready... What should i do????
