Hi,
My in-laws applied for Visitor Visa (B2) and appeared for interview on August 30th at Chennai.Their visa was rejected due to 214(b)
Questions asked
1.who is your relative in USA ?
Daughter and son-in-law
2.Where is your son in law working ?
3.Where in USA?
4.Who is sponsor ?
Son in law*
5.how many children ?
One daughter
6.how many acres of land ?
4 acres
7.How much income ?
2 Lakhs per annum
8.do you have own house ?
Yes I have own house
Sorry,we cannot grant you visa.Reason was 214(b)
We are planning to reapply for them.
Can you please suggest next possible actions on this ?
