UK Transit visa

Hello,

My mother has a valid multiple entry US tourist visa. She has been here in the States not more than 6 months. She will be traveling to India next month on a Virgin Atlantic flight that stops over in London. The connecting flight is after 4 hours. Would she require a transit visa?

i will go London by KLM and i have to stop in Amsterdam for 1hour and when coming back i fly Airfrance 3 hours stop in Paris do i need a Airport transit visa ?am a citizen of Nigeria, i have London vaild visa.
