Hi everybody!
i have an urgent question regarding change of status. i currently finished my studies on F1 visa, got out of status and stay in the States on the grace period option. my question is: can i apply for the change of status to J1 visa while on grace period? do i need to get it approved before the grace period expires? do i need to apply for reinstatement? it's change of status to completely other school.
thx everybody in advance! plz don't kick me if this issue was already discussed. :o info on the web says different things at different places.
