Greetings to all here. I'm an American and my fiance is a Philippino citizen. She has been approved for and has already received her Caregivers Work Visa from Canada. She has an Employer/Contract already, and has an Aunt who will provide her housing and legal residence address.

My question is: Will she be going thru the Interview Process there in Canada in order to receive the US Fiance Visa that I file? Or,...will she have to go back to the Philippines to receive her Visa? I am fully aware of the filing process and the forms needed but just need clarity on where she will go thru the interview process. And,...do I file the DS-156 AND the G-325A Bio Data forms or just the G-325A. We are not yet married, only engaged. Thanks a lot for the advice ro help, I welcome anything
Cheers,
Todd

You need to file I-129F and two G-325A data forms for each of you.

DS-156 and DS-156k are for your fiancee to use when applying for
a fiancee visa at the US embassy abroad.

It is her choice where she wants the processing and the interview for the K-1 visa (canada or phillipines)
and you must answer Q no. 19 in I-129 F accordingly.
But do read the annotation with q no.19 that implies that not
all embassies process K-1 visas . So you must call and ask the US embassy in
canada (in the area where your fiancee will live and work as a care-giver.)
if they process K-1 visas for non-canadians.

My wife came in from Canada and I believe fiance visas are only issued in Vancover and Montreal.
