I am trying to file my case with Victoria chen for EB1A. However I cannot confirm her credentials online. Strangest thing is I could not even confirm her law degree. But I saw a lot of people have filed with her and got their green cards. Does anyone know anything on her?

I know about her.
I have some Chinese friends working with her.
They have no problems with her.
One just got an NIW approval in about two months.
He has about 60 citations.
I can ask him if he wants to email you and shares his experience.

We know Victoria Chen. She is one the BEST attorney. Very prompt and thorough. My wife's NIW got approved in 3 months with NO RFE's with only PhD + 1 year of experience + 3 publications (2 first author and 1 second author) with 4 citations each.
We first went to Samira Nichol and got burned down. Samira Nichol is completely useless. We had terrible experience, she wasted 5 months, ignored our calls and emails, did nothing and swallowed our money.
Through public forums we found out about Victoria Chen and she was so helpful and speedy in her response. At the end we are really happy. Go for Victoria Chen, if she takes your case then I guess your case is done.

Victoria Chen had filed my case. We searched for the best attorney to file our case. Though many Immigration lawyers are available in town. I got a positive and accurate feedback on my case only from her. I am Canadian Citizen and working with TN1 Visa in the U.S.A.
She was the only Lawyer whom suggested me to go directly from TN-1 Visa to Green Card Process.
Victoria Chen is very meticulous and thorough in analyzing the case she take and once she provide the Money back guarantee, you can be rest assured that your case will be approved.
She is highly responsive, answers any questions within a day. She also provides clear instructions on documentation from start to finish. I will definitely recommend her for any one who is interested in EB1A/EB2 NIW self petition cases.
