What is the category of V1 and V3 Visa comes under, Is this a Immigrant or NonImmigrant Visa.
I am a US Citizen, am I eligible to apply for my Child (minor on V3 with I-485 pending) for Citizenship or Passport. If so which Form I should be using to apply for the Citizenship.
