Seeing Dropbox Confirmation even though I said no for both IWP Waiver questions

Said No to both IWP questions.

Seeing no options to schedule appointment, but see Dropbox Confirmation.

Confused completely.

Previously it would ask me to schedule only the OFC appointment, but show no option for Visa appointment scheduling.

I see the same issue, when I tried to look for available dates today.
I am taken to "Dropbox Confirmation" in spite of answering NO to the IWP questions--weird.
Probably a glitch in the system (hopefully!).

Please post an update if you see it changes in the near future.

I had the same issue too and I called up and they said they are having some technical issues.. They said it will get resolved in 24-48 hours. The gentleman asked me to retry after that

Hey folks I just logged in to check if the issue is fixed or not but unfortunately by old receipt is no longer valid guess it was caused to the problem that we faced earlier. Anyone having the same issue?

Yes, I am facing the same issue. My visa fee receipt has been invalidated.

I just called up the customer service center.
It seems the receipts for a group of people who faced the "Dropbox confirmation" issue have been locked.
They opened up a case for me and suggested it will be resolved within 24 hours.

Just confirmed with their reps that everything should be back to normal in next 24 hours.

They are still having issues, very frustrating. And with the receipt number not validating it's like taking a step back.

Mine is still showing as invalid. Ridiculous.

While I see other posts on the internet, people scheduling their appointments without any issues.
