  • Couple with H1B visa at the port of entry

Hey all.. I need an advise from you guys..
My friend is coming to USA with her husband. They both are on H1B. This is the first time they will be entering USA together. How should they proceed to the immigration officer's counter? Together or individually? Since I have a login ID in immihelp hence I am posting on their behalf.

    Thanks,
    AK

    It does not matter.

Can H4 travel to relative place after POE?

Hi I am travelling first time to USA on H1B along with my family (h4).

Due to the unavailability of tickets my POE is different (My employe is in Dallas and POE is Houston both are in same state).

We are travelling from Brussles to Houston (POE).

I will continue travel to my work place Dallas.

And my wife planning to travel to her brothers place Florida from Houston (POE)

      I have two questions:

      1. Since entry is different than the work. Is this an Issue?

      2. Since my wife plan to go from Houston to Floridy, Will it be an problem for her?

      Thanks in Advance,

I dont see any issues, but yes, be truthful when asked at the POE. The reasons you said should suffice.

This is my opinion not legal advice.
