  • F1 rejected, Visitor visa application

    Hi,

Yesterday, my F1 visa rejected under section 214(b). I am now considering applying for a visitor's visa to visit my sister, who lives in California, for about a month.
Do you think it is too soon to apply? How soon is too soon?

    Regards,
    Rohini

they are not going to give u visa
best thing is this to apply your student visa .
don't change your category of your visa.
apply student visa 100 time but don't go for visit visa . bec if u go for visit visa it will change vio's mind they u r going to stay over there . best of luck

You did have a strong immigration intend! I think VO made a right decision and he/she discovered your truth intention! Change visa categroy would not change your intend! BTW, Why did you want to be in this country not the other?

What did your sister do in CA?

Most likely you will have another 214(b) paper again!

      All the best!
