I got reject under section 214b should i apply again ?

I recently applied for F1 and got my interview date on 2nd January 2014. I was happy because it was in the morning so i thought the starting of the new year will be great. But the new year start worst then i thought.
They even didn't ask for any documents just asked two question and said rejected.
Me: Hello sir, Good morning and happy new year.
VO: Happy New Year(But not a happy face)
VO: Why did you choose this college?
Me: I have search many colleges over net and found this college ranking is good. I have also applied in other colleges and got accepted but i prefer this one will be better for me.
VO: where did you applied?
Me: told him two of the other colleges.
VO: did you complete your graduation ?
Me: No Sir.
VO: Why did you choose this college ?
Me: (This time i got confused why the same question again) OK. the college is very good as because the ranking. They have good facilities, computer labs, good faculty members and i have told to them and they are very good and helpful to me then any other colleges.
VO: sorry but your visa is denial under 214B.
Me: Ok...Thank you.
He even didn't ask me any more question or see any papers except my passport and I-20. I really get confused what is the exact reason. Now i still got time because my season start march 24. So is there any possibilities that if i re-apply i will able to get the visa. What are the chances?
I have two sponsors from uk my brother and sister in law and also have my personal funds in my bank account.
Please give me some suggestion.
