Hello,
Here is my summary, I got B2 visa rejected in May 2013, then later went to London to pursue masters in september 2013. I didn't like the course and came back to India and have withdrawn from my masters course in Jan 2014. I still have a Tier 4 visa (student visa for Uk) stamp of my passport - expiry date till Jan 2015, Which is obviously no more valid.
And now, I am planning to apply for an Extension course at a very renowned university in California. My sister stays in the same city where I’m planning to apply. She is on a green card and my brother-in-law has a citizenship. (I did mention about my sister and brother-in-law in my previous DS-160 for B2 visa)
Will this effect my chances to get a F1 visa ?? (as I’m planning to take up a course in a same city where my sister stays)
How should I my case strong ? Please suggest
