My wife VISA transfer has been applied by company 'X' and she got the receipt number , and they have applied in premium processing . How long it will take to hear decision from USCIS, Is that 15days or 15 working days.

What are the chances of rejection.

Status is RFE

Hi Team,

Need your valuable inputs at the earliest.

Got RFE and now the new employer is asking to resign with the current organization and join. we are not sure why she got RFE.

1) Is that safe to join new company with RFE?
2) If she resigns in the current organization and join new company what would be the implications.
a)Is it legal to work without visa transfer approval in new organization ?
b)If visa transfer approval is rejected/denied, should we leave the country?
