H1b transfer without W2

Hi,

I wanted to know if I can apply for H1b transfer without submitting my W2 form. My attorney has already filed my application for transfer. But he did not include my W2 form. Instead he put my latest 3 to 4 pay stubs in my application. Is it fine? Has anyone come across such application and got approved? Please advise.

Technically you need the latest pay stubs. Dont you have 2013 W2?

I have it. But I was not in the united states for the whole year so it showed less than what was mentioned in my petition. So my attorney did not send it for transfer.
