Previous employer name on visa

Hi, First I'd like to say its a great forum and thanks for answering most of the queries.

I got my H1B visa stamped last year and its valid till Dec 2014. Now I changed my company and my new employer has taken care of H1B transfer.
This month I'm going to India for a 2 weeks vacation. My previous employer's name is still there on my valid visa. Will it be a problem while reentry? Do I have to go for visa stamping before returning to US?

You need not go for the interview. Just show the latest petition upon re entry. Worst case you would get an I-94 only till Dec 2014, in which case would have to apply an extension later on.
