Withdraw H1 Application before the Lottery
Hi,
My employer has filed my first H1 for me in April '14 and now I have decided to switch organization and do not want the H1 application to be processed any more.
1. Can the Application still be withdrawn before the H1 Lottery happens somewhere in June?
2. Is the Visa Fees deposited by the employer recoverable in case it is withdrawn now?
3. If the fees can not be recovered, can the employer ask me for the retrieval of the same from me?
