Hi! After 1 year in the States, my husband (L1A-Visa) and the kids and me (L2-Visa) will have a new situation in a few weeks. The Product Division where my husband works will be purchsed by another company; not the whole company will be purchased, only a specific Division. Untill the contract isn't signed, we are living with the incertitude of our future options. In case that this new company wants to complete the innitiated 3 years contract of my husband, do we have to leave the States and make again the whole procedure for optaining the L1/L2 Visa? Is there a way to "transfer" the Visa to a new employer? Thanks...
