H1 transfer with a pending H1 petition
I got my cap based H1 last year and began working for Employer A from Oct 1 2013. In Feb 2014 I resigned from A and began working for Employer B. Employer B has filed my H1 in the normal process and right now it is in the RFE stage. Employer B is working on addressing the RFE. Now I have an offer from Employer C who is ready to hire me immediately and do my H1 process in premium. I want to know if I can join Employer C. Does Employer C's petition depend on Employer B's petition? I have not understood the whole bridging process. Does the RFE play any role in this process? How can I join Employer C ? Can anyone explain to me the whole process? Any help would be appreciated.

What is your I94 expiration date? -
My I94 and H1b from Company A is valid until Sep 2016. Since Employer A has revoked my H1b in March 2014 I am not sure if my I94 is still valid.Originally posted by kadkhiq81 View PostComment

A transfer at this stage to Employer C would need you to first get transfer to B approved.
