Hi,
i got my H1 visa filed and stapmed on my passport. However I never travelled on that and while leaving the company, as per company policy, I had to send my passport to the embassy and they marked/ stamped my Visa as -CANCELLED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
I am looking for opinion if i can re-invoke my existing (but cancelled) H1 again (without going through Quota) as I am in US on L1 visa from last 1 year. If so I would like to know the process, fees and documentation required for the same.
