my nani(my moms mom) apply for i130 immigrant petition for relative fiance(E),or orphan .receipt date is 26-jan-07. and notice date is 20-oct-10. they giveng 3 months wait for processing..and now i m 23 year old so can i go with ma parents..my study is running...how many time to visa call
