H1 transfer

Hi,

I have valid H1 visa till 2015. But after I came to US I lost my passport.
I got re-issued my new passport.

I wanted to do my H1 employer transfer. Since I have lost my passport, Am I going to face any difficulty If want to transfer my H1?
I have valid I94 and petition document available with me.

Technically possible. But there are chances your lost passport may raise concerns and your H1 gets approved as consular process.
