H-1 Visa Stamping

Hello,

I am on H-1B Visa and my visa stamping is valid till 30th September, 2014. I need to travel to India from 27th June - 5th July.

1. As my visa stamping is valid only till 30th September 2014 (about 3 months from my date of travel), is there a risk that I might be denied entry back to US and might be asked to get my visa restamped first?

2. I recently changed my employers on H-1B. My current visa stamping has my old employer name. I do have my H-1B petition from my new employer. Will the old employer name on my visa stamping create any problems while entering back to US?

I dont see any issues. Worst case you would get I-94 only till 30-Sep-2014 and would need to apply extension in US.
