I am currently on H4 visa and have applied for a change of status to F1.
I recently received a RFE on my request and am currently in the process of responding to that.
The H4 visa stamped on my passport is valid till Aug 21, and my I-94 is valid till Aug 31, however my classes are till Aug 24.
My question is :
1. Can complete my classes till Aug 24, if I do not receive an answer from USCIS by then?
2. Can I continue to take courses after the current semester ends (Aug 24), pending an answer from USCIS?
