Made a mistake on signing DS2019!!!

Hm, evidently it looks like I as the main applicant am supposed to sign for J2 in any case - anyone confirm this?

Would you please tell me what happened with you during your interview based on your question? I have also accidentally signed my wife's DS-2019 and unfortunately she accidentally signed mine, and not sure if we should proceed with our visa interview tomorrow? I will greatly appreciate your quick response about your experience. Thanks a lot.
