I work for a company based out of the USA, about 3 years ago they opened up branches in Canada so i started working for them. They promote intra-compay transfers so i have applied for an opening in Puerto Rico. I am in an Executive/Managers position and have been for about 2yrs now.
What is the process like to getting a L-1A visa or Blanket Visa, i have read most of the pages on USCIS on each of the visas and it looks like my company qualifies for the blanket visa. Just wondering what my best option is here on moving forward.
My company has suggested that it could take a few months to get the Visa situation in order but in the mean time they would like me to work abroad and do the visa process while i am in PR
Anyone have any experience with this? Typical wait time on L-1A or Blanket Visas?
