  • I-129S re-stamping procedure : Urgent

    Hi,

    Need urgent help here.

    My L1-B has been approved.
But my I-129S contains both Rejection stamp as well as Approval stamp.
VO, by mistake, first put reject stamp in denial box. Then he striked the rejected stamp and signed it.
And then he put the approval stamp in the Action box with his signature.

He kept my passport and said my visa is approved but mistakenly he first rejected. There should not be any problem as such, but if required we can get the I-129S form restamped, and gave me 2 copies of I-129S form (both with reject and approval stamps as explained above).

I have not yet received my passport with visa (4 working days completed after my visa interview)
Please guide me how to proceed with I-129S re-stamping ?
Also, will there be any issue during immigration if I carry the original I-129S form with both the stamps ?
Do I really need to carry fresh copy of I-129S during my travel, as I have travel plans by next week ?
Shall there be any kind of issue as in systems it would be showing L1-B visa approved for my name ?

    Please suggest and help here.

        Hi,

I have received my passport with valid approved L1 visa stamped on it.

Please help let me know that do i really need fresh stamped I-129S form.
Or my original I-129S form with both rejection(striked off by VO and signed) and approval(signed) stamps as explained in my previous post, will work fine.

Will I face any kind of problem during immigration with such kind of I-129S ? I have passport with approved L1 visa stamp.

        Please help its urgent.

I am facing an issue, where the officer has put a past date in my I-129S. What should I do now ?
