I would appreciate any advice on this :
I applied for OPT to Texas service center on july 03,2014.
The application was re-directed to Vermont service center and i received a receipt number on july 07,2014.. Since then, my application is in 'initial review' stage.
My current I-20 states that my program of study would end by sept 25th 2014, I however have completed my graduation requirements and have been graduated from my school.
The F1 visa on my passport expires in April 2017.
I do have recent travel signatures on I-20.
Can I travel to India WITHOUT EAD/OPT card in hand and not have it if i plan to return by sept 25th ?
