L1B Expired(JUN2013)I-94 valid(DEC2015).L2 Valid(2018)and L2 wants to travel to india

Hi,

I am on L1-B visa through my company's blanket petition.

Below are my and my wife's visa details :

L1 Visa Expiry Date: JULY 2013
L1 I-94 Expiry Date : DEC 2015

L2 Visa Expiry : JULY 2018
L2 I -94 Expiry : MAY 2016
EAD Expiry date : JUN 2015


Can my wife travel to India ? she is planning to travel anytime between DEC 2014- MAR-2015 and will return back in 2-3 weeks. Are there any chances of facing difficulties at the port of entry on return? Is she is eligible to travel and come back with above visa details as my visa is already expired.

My understanding is her EAD will remain valid on her return. Is that correct ?

She can travel and re enter US as long as she has a valid visa in passport. And as you are maintaining valid status, she is fine. I dont see any issues. EAD too will remain valid.
