Problem with travel agency

Hi
Anyone had purchased Air Ticket from TRIPARENAONLINE.com?
I had bad experience; I asked them for flight ticket to India, they asked my name and Bdate to hold the ticket for me, I gave them my name. Before I make my final decision I got email from them saying that they booked my ticket and I have to pay immediately otherwise they will take me to the court. I do not know what to do. If anyone have any such experience please give me your suggestion.

The travel company used very bad judgment by threatening court action for nonpayment. If they are based in the U.S., a verbal agreement that was made by you wouldn't fly for them in Small Claims Court, and the amount is too small for Civil Court (in most jurisdictions).

Though it is possible that they acted in good faith and would deliver tickets as committed, a threat to sue you for nonpayment indicates a lack of normal business practice in the U.S. and they don't deserve your business.

This agency is located in Decatur, GA 30030 USA. They did send me a booking reference and I checked the Airline website, they booked two tickets for me . I feel like they are twisting my arm to buy the ticket. I don't mind buying from them. however, I am afraid they may mess up after I pay them. I am scare to give my credit card information to them. please advise me what to do

It seems to me that you were threatened by the agency, for which there is no excuse or justification.

If I had received such a threat and no money (credit card info) had been provided, I would find another agent or deal directly with the airline.

This is what happens every time with the agencies. But in your case, I think their fault is a little. You don't give your final order but you also don't clarify them.

Fraud Trip Arena Inc

These guys are fraud. Please don't book tickets. They will book with third party credit card and your tickets will become invalid.Everything looks fine while you check online but after few days airlines security department will find and refund the amount to these guys and you tickets will become invalid.The same method they will follow while booking. Abby , Daniel are very fraud. They will not pick the calls and reply for emails.
Please share and save some thousand of dollars from people.
