L1B individual - petitioner change but within same parent organization

My parent organization which is US based has subsidiary company both in india and US. Earlier my petition was filed by Indian company and i got the visa stamped with the petitioner name of indian company. Now with some recent organizational changes, my subsidiary has changed which is part of same parent organization. We filed the ammendment for the same and it got approved.

There is a critical need for me to start on my new assignment in US in a week, and visa re-stamping doesn't look possible.

Please suggest if it is required to get the visa re-stamping with the new petitioner name though old visa is still valid until next year ?

I dont think so. As long as all the subsidiary were listed in the blanket petition I think you are fine with the existing visa and the amended petition.

Yes, an exhibit was added in the petition noting down all the subsidiaries. I have L1B individual visa and the ammendment was filed for the same reason - change of subsidiary. But my visa has petitioner name from previous subsidiary though the latest approved petition has the name of new subsidiary. I didn't get visa re-stamped.

I hope this may not create any issue.
