I moved to the US in 2000 with the father of my children. We divorced. And I later married an American. I received the LPR card ( green card) and in 2011 we got separated but never did a divorce. In 2011 I left the country for a couple of months. And in 2012 we (me and my kids) came back with the extension card. During that time I called immigration they didnt help one bit. I couldn't find a job because of all my documents were expired and I had health problems so I decided to go back to my home country. Here, i got a surgery done and took care of almost all of my health problems.. After I came back my son received a letter in the mail requesting I go to an interview. Since I was out of the country,I missed it. And now it's been 2 yrs and I want to know what I can do? I want to go back. Divorce my american husband and try to continue my immigration process without him sponsoring me. So what should I do? Thanks in advance!!
